1. Click on the button above to start the online return process. After your return request has been approved by us, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA#.

2. Send your item(s) back to us. Remember to write your RMA# on the outside fo the package and include a copy of your Sales Receipt inside.

3. Refunds are usually applied within 7-14 days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse.


At we want to make sure that your are 100% satisfied with your order so we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the items. All returns must be received at our Distribution Center warehouse in Charlotte, NC. Of course there are some conditions which apply to this policy so we encourage you to read our Return Policy below.


Return Policy


In order to be eligible for a refund or online credit your return must meet the following criteria:

  • Item(s) must be in new & unused condition and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by the RMA number generated form the online return process (step 1 above)
  • Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation
  • All shipping costs must be pre-paid by you

Restocking Fees


A 15% restocking fee will be applied if you:

  • return your item’s without an RMA number
  • return 5 or more items or your return is above $500

Undeliverable & Refused Packages


A $14 charge will be automatically applied to all packages that are undeliverable or refused for any reason.


Shipping Charges


All original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges must be paid for by the customer.


Defective Order


If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service within 10 days of the original order date. While we try hard to be perfect and ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes happen. We will do our best to ensure the the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

The following items are only returnable if they are in their un-opened and un-blemished original manufacturer’s packaging such that the item(s) can be re-sold in new condition:

  • Undergarments
  • Socks and stockings
  • Shoes, boots, shoe covers, boot top, slippers or similar footwear
  • Dress patterns
  • Video tapes, DVDs, CDs, Books
  • Eyelashes
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
  • Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
  • Items in factory sealed packages (e.g. blister packs)
  • Cosmetics
  • Pet Costumes
  • Latex Masks
  • Exchanges



If you wish to exchange an item(s), please place a new order first and then follow the returns process above.


How long does it take?


Returns are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. During the Halloween season (September & October) return processing may take up to 4 weeks.


If a return is denied based on the above criteria, we will not automatically call and/or return the item to you. Items that are denied a refund are only returned to the customer if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for applicable return shipping fees. Items that are not claimed within 30 days will be discarded or donated depending upon the condition.
