Return & Cancellation Policy
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you may request cancellation by contacting us: Contact Us. We will make every effort to cancel your order, however as soon as your order has entered our warehouse a cancellation is no longer possible.
At Horror-Shop.com we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order so we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of the original order date.
Of course, some conditions apply to this policy so we encourage you to read our Return Policy below.
To be eligible for a refund or online credit your return must meet the following criteria:
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original order date.
- Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Item(s) must be in new, unused, and in their original packaging, along with all accessories and tags.
- Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process
- Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation
- All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (usually the customer)
- Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days unless specifically stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when initially received.
Opened items are not eligible for returns.
- Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging
- Items that show visible indications that the packaging has been opened
- Items that are no longer factory sealed
- All Halloween costumes, masks, and costume-related items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Damaged and Defective Items
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service within 14 days of the original order date. While we try hard to be perfect and ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes happen. We will do our best to ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:
- Minor cosmetic paint issues
- Minor dents & scratches.
How to Return an Item
Please contact our customer service to receive authorization for your return. Any returns without authorization will be delayed and possibly not be eligible for a refund.

Refused & Undeliverable Shipments
A refused/undeliverable shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returns are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. During the Halloween season (September & October) return processing may take up to 4 weeks.
If a return is denied based on the above criteria, we will not automatically call and/or return the item to you. Items that are denied a refund are only returned to the customer if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for applicable return shipping fees. Items that are not claimed within 30 days will be discarded or donated depending upon the condition.
